Instructions:

Prepare a kneaded dough with salt, butter, flour and water and refrigerate for 60 min. Clean broccoli, rinse and divide into roses.

Boil with water and salt and cook for 5 min in a closed saucepan with the stove off. Drain vegetables and cool.

Roll out dough, spread bottom and sides of a greased tart pan (or tart springform pan 26 cm) with it. Prick several times with a fork, pre-bake in the oven (do not preheat) for 20 minutes. Cover the pre-baked base with broccoli and salmon.

Mix sour cream or crème fraiche, cream cheese and eggs, season with freshly ground pepper, pour over the cake. Bake for approx. 40 minutes. Divide into 12 pieces.

Tip:

Instead of kneaded dough, Tk puff pastry is suitable. Defrost according to the instructions and place in the pan. It does not need to be pre-baked as it does not soak quickly.
