Instructions:

In a saucepan, bring salted water to a boil and heat the sausages in it. Remove the skin from the onions, halve them and cut them into slices. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry onions and sugar until brown. Extinguish with red wine st. Simmer, add soy sauce and water.

Simmer gently until onions are steamed soft. Add chopped parsley at the end.

Score the sausages. Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan, toast sausages in it.

Arrange sausages with brown onion sauce on plates.

Serve with fried potato slices.
