A bean recipe for every taste:

Peel braised cucumbers, cut in half, remove seeds, cut into medium sized pieces. Finely dice onions and garlic clove. Cut beef tomatoes into eighths, cut into pieces. Heat butter, sauté onions and garlic. Add tomato puree, brown sugar, red wine vinegar, cook briefly.

Add braised cucumbers, simmer on low heat with lid closed for 10-15 min.

Put the canned white beans into a sieve, rinse. Pluck the thyme from the stems. Add beans, tomatoes and thyme to cucumber form, bring to boil briefly. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve with lamb chops.
