Instructions:

For the sauce: Mix mustard, vinegar and oil well in a large baking bowl, season.

Cut boiled meat slices in half lengthwise, cut diagonally into strips about 1 cm wide, mix with the sauce. Cover and let stand for about fifteen minutes.

Cook pasta in salted water until al dente, rinse when cool and drain.

Mix the celery, peppers and pasta with the boiled meat.

Roast the sunflower seeds in a pan for about two minutes until light brown, sprinkle with curry, roast briefly, remove.

Serve: Arrange boiled meat pasta salad in deep plates, sprinkle sunflower seeds on top.

Tip: use cold roast instead of boiled meat.
