For the blackberry jam, wash the blackberries, shake them well dry, boil them in a saucepan for 5 minutes, then put them through the liquid soap.
Mix fruit pulp with jelling sugar and boil down according to package instructions. Pour into clean screw-top jars and seal well immediately.
Preparation Tip:
The blackberry jam does not necessarily have to be strained. It also tastes very good with blackberry pieces.
