For the Black Forest cherry ice cream, strain the Amarena cherries, collect the liquid, drain the cherries well. Mix yogurt, sour cream and the liquid from the Amarena cherries.

In four tumblers, line the bottom of each with a slice of chocolate cake. Drizzle each with 2 cl schnapps. Pour the yogurt mixture on top and freeze in the freezer for about 2 hours, serve decorated with the Amarena cherries.

Preparation Tip:

If children are eating, drizzle the Black Forest cherry ice cream with cherry juice or grape juice instead of schnapps. After cooling, sprinkle with chocolate flakes.
