Choose a shallow ovenproof dish that will comfortably hold the steak. In it mix vinegar, olive oil, parsley, garlic and oregano. Put the steak in this marinade and soak it until the meat is well covered with it. The steak must be left in the marinade at room temperature for at least 4 hours.

Preheat the grill as hot as possible and remove the meat from the ovenproof dish. Pour away the marinade. Dab the steak with paper towels and grill it 8 cm from the heat source for 4 minutes on each side, or until it is cooked through to taste. (You can check it with your finger : if the meat gives slightly and feels neither soft nor firm, it is slightly pink inside). Place on a preheated baking dish and season with salt before slicing.
