Instructions:

Clean, rinse and break the beans into pieces. Cook in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes. Then drain.

Remove the skin from the onion and cut into cubes. Cut bacon into pieces, fry in a frying pan until crispy, remove.

Mix salt, vinegar, mustard, pepper and sugar, add oil. Mix with beans and onions and let sit for a while.

Cut tomatoes into slices. Spread out a plate with them.

Place bean salad on top, sprinkle with bacon and garnish with parsley.

Goes well with e.g. pork steak.

Our tip: Use bacon with a fine, smoky note!
