For the baked oven mushrooms, preheat the oven to 220°C/ hot air.

Clean the mushrooms. For breading, place a soup plate of flour, a soup plate of egg and a dash of milk and a soup plate of breadcrumbs next to each other. Beat the eggs and milk well with a fork and salt the breadcrumbs a little.

Roll the mushrooms in the flour, pull them through the egg mixture and then roll them in the breadcrumbs. Press the breading down well. Carefully coat the mushrooms with olive oil and layer them in a baking dish. The mushrooms should not be on top of each other. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown. Turn carefully after every 10 min.
