Baked Cauliflower with Mustard Mayonnaise

Instructions:

Mix ingredients for mayonnaise until smooth and season.

Divide cauliflower into roses (without stalks), rinse, cook in slightly boiling salted water for about 15 minutes until crisp, drain well.

Mix the ingredients for the beer batter until smooth and let stand for 30 minutes.

Draw cooked, dried cauliflower florets through the beer batter and place in a large frying pan in the hot oil.

Bake over medium heat for 10 min until golden brown. After the first 3 min, turn to the other side. Then toss carefully.

Drain on paper towels and bring to the table with the mayo.

Serve: Meter bread (Uecker does not write baguette – that does not exist in D naemich!!) Tip: You can also bake the cauliflower in the fryer to the end.
