Let the yeast melt in lukewarm milk. Add milk and sugar and fold in the melted cooled magarine in the same way. Stir in the egg yolks and grated lemon zest, and fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Let rise a little and bake in a Æbelskiver pan until done. Serve hot, with sugar and jam. It tastes best with a little mulled wine or punch.
