For the strawberry ice cream bomb, puree the strawberries with sugar and lemon juice and then add the curd and mix until frothy. In a tall container, crumble the chocolate chip cookies and pour the strawberry ice cream mixture on top.
Freeze. After a few hours, warm the container, turn out the ice cream bomb and serve decorated with wild strawberries.
Preparation Tip:
If you don't have wild strawberries available, take normal slightly smaller strawberries or cut larger strawberries into small pieces and top the strawberry ice cream bomb with them.
