For the Bohemian style dumplings, dice the rolls and fry in 20 g butter.

Finely chop the parsley. Prepare a dough from flour, egg, water, yeast, parsley, salt and pepper, then mix in the rolls. Dampen a tea towel and grease with the remaining butter.

With floured hands, shape the mixture into a roll about 8 cm in diameter. Roll in the tea towel, tie at both ends, place in boiling water. Boil for 20 to 30 minutes.

Roll up the dumplings in Bohemian style and serve in slices.

Preparation Tip:

Serve Bohemian style dumplings as a side dish to meat and poultry dishes. However, they can also be served as their own dish, e.g. with vegetables.
