For the vegetable croissants, cook the croissants in salted water according to package directions, strain and set aside. Cut bacon into small pieces and fry in a pan.
Clean carrots and celery and cut into fine strips. Fry onion in bacon until light, add carrots and celery and fry until hot, let steam a little.
Add croissants, salt and pepper, mix well and fry a little.
