For the soup pot with tomatoes, shrimp and egg noodles, rinse shrimp. Slice garlic and finely chop ginger. Slice onion and sauté in a little oil until translucent.
Add sugar and continue to saute until onion pieces are golden. Pour in the soup. Add tomatoes, garlic and ginger and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add shrimp and simmer for another 3-4 minutes. Add egg noodles to boiling soup, stir in and remove from heat. Let stand for 4 minutes.
Season the soup pot with tomatoes, shrimp and egg noodles to taste and serve.
Preparation Tip:
If the shrimp are already pre-cooked, add them to the soup pot with tomatoes along with the pasta.
