Sauté onions and garlic in oil. Add paprika powder, mix briefly and pour soup. Cook for about 20 minutes, then mix and strain. Cook the potatoes and the paprika cubes in the sauce until soft. Season the carp with salt and pepper and simmer in the sauce until the fish is cooked. Season with marjoram. Arrange on plates and garnish with fresh herbs.
