For the pizza salami, cut the mozzarella and salami into thin slices. Roll out the pizza dough thinly, press an edge at the ends and brush it with a little olive oil.
Spread tomato sauce on the pizza dough and season with pizza seasoning. Put mozzarella slices on top and cover with salami slices.
Drizzle a few drops of olive oil on top and bake at 200 degrees convection oven for about 15 minutes.
