Boil milk with salt, sugar, raisins and 100 g butter. Next, slowly mix in the semolina until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and leave to swell for 10-15 min.
Then bake in a sufficiently greased pan in the oven until light brown, remove and cut into larger pieces with forks (do not cut!).
Sugar to taste and serve with stewed plums or compote.
