Instructions:

For the herb scones, first whisk flour with baking powder and salt. Finely chop the olives. Mix the herbs with the buttermilk (puree if necessary). Knead together with the remaining ingredients to form a smooth dough.

Form about 20 small herb scones and bake in the oven at 220 °C for 25 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

Serve the herb scones still warm with salted butter.
