Heat fat in a saucepan on 2 or automatic heat 5 to 6, sauté finely chopped onion and curry. Add coarsely grated apple and sauté briefly until soft. Sprinkle with flour and coconut. Extinguish with wine and clear soup, bring to a boil while stirring, simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes on 1 or automatic heat 4 to 5, season the sauce well.
Roast the sausages in hot fat in a frying pan on 2 or automatic heat 8 to 10 on both sides until golden brown, remove and keep warm. Peppers, cut into rings, sprinkle with flour, roast in a little fat until crispy. Serve with the sausages and the sauce.
