For the mixed bread, grease a loaf pan well or use baking paper. Mix dry ingredients, measure out water and stir in gradually.
Pour the dough into the mold, cover with a tea towel and let rise for about 1 h (lukewarm place will do). Then place the pan in the cold oven – lower half – and bake at 190 degrees for about 50-60 min.
Turn out while still hot and let cool. Do not store the bread in an airtight container, otherwise it will become moldy and consume it within a few days.

If you like, you can also slice the mixed bread and freeze it, defrosting it as needed.
