For the homemade pasta, knead together flour, salt and eggs and 2 tablespoons of water. Then run the dough through a pasta machine.
As the noodles come out of the machine cut into pieces, spread on a kitchen towel or hung over wooden poles to dry.
If you want to eat them right away, it is enough to let them dry for about 2 hours, then you can cook them in boiling water in about 3 minutes and serve them with butter or pesto.
It is best to make all three types and eat them mixed.

If you like, you can also make the homemade pasta with spinach juice or tomato juice, instead of the 2 tablespoons of water.
