For the cranberry brioche, first heat butter with milk.
Then put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead into a smooth yeast dough. Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in volume.
After resting, knead the dough again by hand.
Form small brioches from the finished dough, brush with milk and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven at 180 °C top-bottom heat for about 25 minutes.
For the icing, mix lemon juice with powdered sugar until smooth and a creamy icing is formed.
Decorate the cranberry brioche with the icing as desired, allow to dry briefly and serve.
