Perhaps your new favorite bean dish:
Peel and trim onions and cook with light butter in a large saucepan until translucent. Cut peppers into small strips and add. Add water and cook the peppers (about 20-25 min).
Add the beans, pork fat and gypsy sauce and fold in (avoid sticking!). Continue cooking for about 5 minutes. Finished!
Small tip: All ingredients should be prepared beforehand.
