For the strudel dough, knead flour, oil and water until smooth. The dough should come away from the base.
Brush with oil and cover with a bowl and let rest for 30 minutes.
Then place the dough on a floured cloth and roll it out a bit. Pull out until it becomes translucent. (Be careful, pull rings off finger first).
Cover the strudel dough with any filling.
